A note about Gabriella Becchina and Oil:

Some of you may know I was once a producer myself and as much as it pains me I have to remind all of you gentle souls asking for "my" product that I no longer have any product "of mine". Still, driven by expertise and passion, I sometimes advise companies on olive oil, from custom gift lines and private-label productions to marketing in the culinary world and beyond. I also respond to my friends and their friends' requests for fresh-off-the-press Nocellara del Belice evoo from Castelvetrano, Sicily, with my spur-of-the-moment, artisanal GrandOliva Selection initiative aka the New Oil Aficionados Club (NOAC - a greener, different kind of medicine 🤭).
