Grandma's House is a sitcom television series broadcast on BBC Two. Written by Simon Amstell and long-term collaborator Dan Swimer, the series stars Simon Amstell playing a version of himself: an ex-television presenter searching for meaning in his life. At the other side of the atrium is the living spaces of the house, a large open living room with integrated dining area followed by the kitchen. The living room has beautifully designed furnishings with lots of seating. Along both long walls are bookcases and shelves with the homes collection of art and Arizona Highways magazines. The dining furniture is especially Wrightian with the high-backed vertical chairs.

In this Dora version of Little Red Riding Hood, Dora and Boots must deliver a basket of treats to Dora's Abuela's house to help cure her cold. However, they have to watch out for Swiper, who is determined to swipe the basket. They also have to find a way over the Bumpy Bridge and across Turtle River.

I love this house tour so much I just returned to it after a few years, it captures a spirit and a family so well, and it reminds me of my family visits to our grandparents houses as a child, thank you for this joy. rest in peace Milly. xo

A darkness has come over Dane hills and everyone can feel it down to their bones. Strange things have been happening in the town. The terror started when the lights came back on at Grandma Agnes's old house. No one can explain the dark figure in the window or the strange noises, but now neighborhood children are missing. Uncle Garrett thinks he knows the source of this evil and has asked you to help him stop it. As you step on the porch to greet the sweet lady that now inhabits the house, the air becomes musty, and you can hear the souls clawing for help. You quickly realize that she is not who she says she is. Your only goal is to make it out alive.

A house is an inanimate object, and as a terrifying number of people in the western United States and the Gulf Coast can now attest, houses are objects that burn or blow away. But these stacks of wood-and-nails also have a way of becoming symbolic of more important things, especially to children.

My DD does it with my oldest sister- it breaks her heart. I think its because she doesnt see her that much. It is also worse when I bring her to her house- IMO i think its because it is so hot in there and she is use to AC. Maybe there is something making her uncomfortable

It had been many years since I had seen the old house and I was almost certain that it would have been replaced by a sub-division or a pharmacy. But I took a drive by it after an Easter visit with my family in West Virginia last weekend. I was delighted to see it was still there even though the area has seen a lot of new development.
