These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GradePilot mobile application (“the App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you should not use the App.

1. Description of the App

GradePilot is a grade tracking and study planning tool designed to assist students in:

• Tracking academic progress

• Forecasting potential outcomes

• Creating flashcards

• Generating projections and what-if scenarios

The App is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

GradePilot does not guarantee:

• Academic performance

• Examination results

• Institutional grading decisions

• University progression outcomes

All projections are estimates based solely on user-entered data.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Entering accurate academic data

• Verifying information before relying on forecasts

• Maintaining the security of your device

We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect data input.

3. Subscriptions (GradePilot Pro)

GradePilot offers optional paid subscriptions (“GradePilot Pro”) which may include:

• Grade forecasting tools

• What-if planning features

• Advanced insights and trends

• Custom risk thresholds

• PDF export functionality

• Unlimited flashcard decks

3.1 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Apple via your App Store account.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

We do not collect or store payment information.

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.3 Managing or Cancelling Subscriptions

You may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time via:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

Refund requests must be handled directly through Apple and are subject to Apple’s policies.

3.4 Price Changes

Subscription pricing may change in the future.

If pricing changes, Apple will notify subscribers in advance in accordance with App Store policies.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design elements, logos, graphics, and software associated with GradePilot are the intellectual property of the developer.

You may not:

• Copy

• Reproduce

• Modify

• Reverse engineer

• Redistribute

any part of the App without prior written permission.

5. Disclaimer

GradePilot provides projections and calculations based on user-entered data.

The App:

• Does not replace academic advice

• Does not provide official grading confirmation

• Does not guarantee outcomes

All forecasts are informational estimates only.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Use of the App

• Reliance on forecasts

• Inaccurate user-entered data

• Temporary unavailability of the App

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.

7. Availability of Service

We may:

• Modify features

• Add or remove functionality

• Improve or discontinue services

at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date above.
