These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application GradePilot – Grade Calculator(“GradePilot”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) (the “App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
GradePilot is a grade tracking and study planning tool designed to help students:
Track academic progress
Forecast potential outcomes
Generate projections and what-if scenarios
Create and study flashcards
Monitor academic risk levels
Stay on track using widgets and insights
GradePilot may adapt academic terminology, grading language, and educational wording based on regional settings or approximate country-level location (for example: GPA, semesters, modules, courses, or assignments).
The App is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
GradePilot does not guarantee:
Academic performance
Examination results
Institutional grading decisions
University progression outcomes
All projections and insights are estimates based solely on user-entered data.
You are responsible for:
Entering accurate academic data
Verifying results before relying on projections
Maintaining the security of your device
We are not responsible for:
Errors caused by incorrect or incomplete data input
Decisions made based on projections or insights
GradePilot offers optional paid features.
Subscriptions may include:
Advanced insights and trends
What-if planning tools
Custom risk thresholds
PDF export functionality
Unlimited flashcard decks
Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Apple via your App Store account.
Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
We do not collect or store payment information.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Managing or Cancelling
Subscriptions can be managed at:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Refunds are handled by Apple and subject to Apple’s policies.
Price Changes
Subscription pricing may change in the future. Apple will notify you in accordance with App Store policies.
GradePilot may offer one-time purchases, such as unlocking additional flashcard deck slots.
These purchases are processed through Apple
They do not require a subscription
Access is granted according to the feature purchased
All content, branding, design, graphics, and software associated with GradePilot are the intellectual property of the developer.
You may not:
Copy
Reproduce
Modify
Reverse engineer
Redistribute
any part of the App without prior written permission.
GradePilot provides projections based on user-entered data.
The App:
Does not replace academic advice
Does not provide official grading confirmation
Does not guarantee outcomes
All forecasts and insights are informational estimates only.
You remain responsible for confirming academic requirements with your institution.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
Use of the App
Reliance on projections or insights
Inaccurate user-entered data
Temporary unavailability of the App
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful under UK law.
We may:
Modify features
Add or remove functionality
Improve or discontinue services
at any time without prior notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
The laws of England and Wales govern these Terms.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date above.
