Why did y'all start?

We started due to some inspiration from my uncle and cousin.

What is the consignment rate y'all take?

We have a consignment system that is unlike others, talking a cut based on the sale price. The consignment table can be located on our consignment page.

Do y'all charge sales tax?

We have not surpassed the threshold that requires it for our state so no.

Do y'all ship internationally?

We can ship internationally, but please reach out to us at Gradengoldin@gmail.com before buying.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns due to changing your mind. If there is a problem with the order then we do.

How long have y'all been in business?

We have been in business since April of 2023 and are going to keep expanding.

What is your Google business rating?

Currently, we have a 5-star Google business rating.

What business certifications do y'all have?

We currently have a course 1 JotForm foundations certification.

How do box breaks work?

Box breaks are when you buy a specific team for a box and you get all of the cards from the team that you bought.

What is a consignment?

A consignment is when you give us an item to sell, we sell it for you, take a small cut then return the money. 

Are you hiring?

Graden is expanding but not that much. So sadly no.

Are Y'all a legit and honest company?

Yes, we have been in business for over a year and have many customers who love us. Go to our testimonials page to see all of our customer's raving reviews.

How do consigning with y'all's eBay profile work?

We can list your consignment with eBay as well. They take a percentage though so we recommend consigning directly with us.

What is Graden's authentication?

Something that is coming soon is Graden Authentication. That means that a Graden member was there during the time of the item's creation.

Are y'all a small business?

Yes, we are a small business and hope to keep growing.

Do you buy from customers directly?

We do buy from interested sellers directly if wished. Go to our sell page.

Where do you get your items?

For the most part, we pull most of our items from boxes and packs.

Was this actually started by you at 13?

Yes, I started this in April of 2023 when I was 13.
