Upon termination of the lease, the Security Deposit can be fully refundable and returned by check, made payable to the person(s) signing the Security Deposit Agreement and mailed within thirty (30) days of move out, under the following conditions:

1. Full term of the lease has been completed.

2. 60-day written notice has been given prior to vacating the home and must be countersigned by management to be valid.

3. All keys and garage door openers are returned.

4. There is no damage to the home beyond normal wear and tear.

5. The home has been cleaned and cleared of trash, rubbish, etc.

6. All late charges and rent have been paid.

7. Forwarding address is left with management.
