We are excited you are interested in our rental homes we welcome you to apply! 

There is an application fee of $50 required per adult. The payment can be made by any of these options below: 

• Money order

• Cashier’s check

• CashApp: $GRichardsonLLC 

In order to apply we request the following:

• Copy of Driver’s License (For each adult member)

• 2 most recent paystubs (For each adult member)

*Please attach your application, Driver’s Licenses, and paystubs (for each adult member)*

Once your application has been received, we will process your information within 24-48 business hours and let you know of an approval or denial. If you are approved and would like to hold the rental home, you must pay a security deposit in order to hold the home.
