My Role: Pizza Maker
My role as a Pizza Maker is very significant. As a Pizza Maker I am responsible for prepping the ingredients. Prepping ingredients includes measuring the flour, balling dough, cutting toppings, and having everything ready for the day. In addition to prepping ingredients I am in charge of cleaning, organizing and performing outstanding customer service. I greet customers in a professional manner. After the customer orders, I'm in charge of placing their ticket on the board as well as preparing their pizza box. Once I have completed the first few steps of taking an order I begin to make the pizza. I start by throwing out the dough then topping the pizza, and cooking it. Finally i cut the pizza and place it in the box giving it to the customer leaving them satisfied. If I mess up on an order, their pizza will be remade and or refunded. Making food for people is a great responsibility.
