Writing

Under this tab, you will find a compilation of articles written from 2017-2019. The articles are in chronological order to show the progress made throughout my high school career. Throughout my time writing for The Charger, I have learned how to edit my own work and others grammatically and contextually. Knowing how to write and edit AP style has benefitted me greatly in my other classes like English, History, and even Science when having to write essays. Since I am still somewhat of a novice in this area, I do find myself to make small errors like using the "Oxford Comma". But with the help of my fellow editors and staff members, we work together to strengthen our writing rather than criticize one another. I believe writing is an important way to showcase world, national, and community events in an art form.
