Problem: A healthcare company has a huge backlog of referrals and authorizations and needs to train non-clinical employees of a different department so that they can create authorizations in CareRadius.

Solution: This seven-hour virtual instructor-led training is part of the onboarding process for non-clinical and future new employees to learn the process of creating authorizations in CareRadius for prospective reviews.

Process: In order to design and develop this training, I conducted a needs analysis to analyze the audience, identify gaps in knowledge and skills, and developed the slide deck and facilitator guide. A subject matter expert provided feedback to ensure that the materials are accurate.
