The Women Development Cell (WDC) of the institute is established with the objective of promoting the welfare, empowerment, and holistic development of women students and staff members. The cell strives to create a safe, secure, inclusive, and supportive environment that upholds the dignity, rights, and equal opportunities of women within the campus.
The Women Development Cell organizes various awareness programs, workshops, seminars, counseling sessions, and training activities related to women empowerment, health and hygiene, safety, legal awareness, leadership, personality development, and career guidance. The cell also works towards creating awareness about gender sensitization and prevention of harassment and discrimination.
