GPS Find App

These Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) govern your use of the GPS Find App mobile applications and related services (“Applications” or “Services”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the Applications, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the Applications.
This Agreement also incorporates the GPS Find App Privacy Policy, which governs how your personal data is collected and used.
GPS Find App is a mutual, consent-based location-sharing application.
Users may request another person's location, but the receiver must:
Open the link sent to them,
Explicitly agree to share their location,
Accept the Privacy Policy,
Approve each location request individually.
GPS Find App cannot be used for secret tracking, stalking, surveillance, or unauthorized monitoring.
You may use the Service only if:
You are legally able to enter a binding contract,
You are at least 13 years old,
You comply with all applicable national and international laws.
Users previously banned from the Service are not permitted to re-register.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security and all activities under that account.
You must notify GPS Find App immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach at:

GPS Find App shall not be liable for damages resulting from your failure to comply with security obligations.
If you submit any content (text, images, location data, communications, etc.) to the Applications, you are solely responsible for:
Ensuring the content does not infringe intellectual property rights,
Complying with third-party licenses,
Ensuring the content is not harmful, illegal, violent, or abusive,
Ensuring your profile does not impersonate another person.
By submitting content to GPS Find App, you grant the Service a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:
Display
Reproduce
Modify
Adapt
the content solely for the purpose of providing Services, including displaying your submitted location to the user who requested it.
If you delete your content, GPS Find App will make reasonable efforts to remove it from the database, but cached versions may remain temporarily.
GPS Find App reserves the right to:
Remove objectionable content
Suspend or terminate accounts violating policies
No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.
GPS Find App cannot review all submitted content and does not guarantee accuracy, safety, or legality of user-generated content.
You understand that:
Some content may be offensive or incorrect,
Some content may infringe third-party rights,
You use the Service at your own risk.
GPS Find App disclaims liability for any harm resulting from user-submitted content.
The Applications may contain links to third-party websites.
GPS Find App has no control over external sites and assumes no responsibility for:
Their content
Their activities
Any harm caused by their use
Linking does not imply endorsement.
All intellectual property rights in GPS Find App, including:
Trademarks
Logos
Software code
Graphics
Design elements
remain exclusively owned by GPS Find App and/or its licensors.
This Agreement grants you no rights to use GPS Find App trademarks without written permission.
GPS Find App reserves the right to display advertisements within the Applications.
GPS Find App may modify this Agreement at its discretion.
Your continued use of the Applications after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
GPS Find App may terminate access to the Service:
At any time,
With or without cause,
With or without notice.

The Applications are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
GPS Find App does not guarantee:
Error-free operation
Continuous availability
Accuracy of displayed information
You assume all risks related to application use.
Premium is an optional paid subscription offering enhanced features (where available).
By subscribing, you agree to pricing and payment policies.
GPS Find App may update fees at any time.
Fee changes apply in the next billing cycle.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
GPS Find App is not responsible for overdraft or third-party charges.
All payments are final.
Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not refund previously paid periods.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPS Find App shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Data loss
Service interruptions
Damages exceeding the amount paid in the previous 12 months
This limitation applies regardless of legal theory.
You represent and warrant that:
Your use of the Applications complies with applicable laws,
You will not violate third-party rights,
You will not misuse or interfere with the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GPS Find App, its affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims arising out of:
Your use of the Service,
Your violation of this Agreement.
If any part is found invalid, the remaining parts remain enforceable.
GPS Find App may assign its rights under this Agreement without restriction.
