GPS Find App is a mutual location-sharing application.
The app never tracks anyone automatically or secretly. A person’s location is shared only after they manually open the link, give consent, and approve the sharing request.

Location sharing happens only after explicit approval by the receiving party.
The app may request access to your contacts to:
Help generate SMS messages when you send a location request.
Check whether any of your contacts have an active GPS Find App web session.
Contact data may be temporarily processed on our servers for matching purposes but is never sold or shared with third parties.
When providing your phone number or email, you agree that we may send operational messages related to verification or service usage, in accordance with applicable laws.
A user sends a location request via SMS or link.
The receiver must open the link and approve the request.
The receiver must accept the Privacy Policy and explicitly agree to share their location.
Only after approval, the sender sees the shared location.
Location sharing is one-time only. It does not update automatically.
For each new update, the receiver must manually approve again.
This system ensures full user consent for every location shared.
When using GPS Find App, you agree NOT to:
Harass, stalk, or harm any person.
Exploit minors or engage in unlawful activity.
Impersonate others or deceive users.
Collect information about others without consent.
Post infringing, illegal, or harmful content.
Perform spamming, data mining, scraping, or automated actions.
Interfere with app services, servers, or networks.
Send viruses or harmful code.
Any violation may result in account deactivation and reporting to authorities.
