Covid-19 information

Latest update 21/03/2022

At the time of the meeting, there will no longer be any government- or University-mandated special measures in place regarding COVID. Nonetheless, all participants are encouraged to continue to wear a face-covering in indoor settings wherever possible, and to take a lateral flow (antigen) test in a) the 48h before first attending the meeting, and b) on the day of the conference dinner (Tuesday 30th). Disposable face-masks, lateral flow tests and hand-sanitiser will be available at the registration desk for those who need it. If you test positive, you are not required to self-isolate, but it is strongly encouraged. If this happens don’t hesitate to let the organisers know, and we will do all we can to assist you (e.g. with regards to food and accommodation).

Update 23/01/2022.

The workshop will be held in a "hybrid" format, with up to 40 participants in person and the rest online.

In-person participants will be expected to follow the coronavirus policies and procedures in place in the College. At the present time, these include wearing face coverings in all public areas and performing regular lateral flow tests. However, as the COVID-19 situation continues to improve and most restrictions are being phased out, the College's policy is likely to evolve over the coming weeks. We will continue to monitor the situation and will update this page in line with the University's coronavirus guidance.

Participants coming from outside the UK will also need to take into account the entry rules in place for their country of origin, and plan their travel accordingly.
