Grievance Redressal Committee

The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been constituted to provide a platform for students, faculty, and staff to voice their concerns and seek fair solutions. The committee works to ensure a transparent, impartial, and confidential mechanism for addressing academic, administrative, and personal grievances.

Objectives

• To create a supportive environment where stakeholders can express genuine concerns.
  
  

• To resolve issues in a fair, objective, and time-bound manner.
  
  

• To uphold the dignity of individuals and promote a healthy academic atmosphere.
  
  

• To prevent discrimination, harassment, or unfair practices within the institute.
  
  

Scope of Grievances

The committee addresses grievances related to:

• Academic issues (exams, evaluation, teaching–learning process, etc.)
  
  

• Administrative concerns (facilities, services, rules, etc.)
  
  

• Interpersonal issues (student–student, student–faculty, or staff-related).
  
  

• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unfair treatment.
  
  

Mechanism of Redressal

1. Students/staff can submit grievances either in writing, through email, or via the designated grievance submission form.
   
   

2. The committee will review the grievance and, if required, interact with the concerned parties.
   
   

3. A fair and time-bound solution will be communicated to the concerned individual(s).
   
   

4. Confidentiality and impartiality will be maintained throughout the process.
