Celebration in Honor of Georgia Perakis

We are so excited to celebrate Georgia's birthday with a special gathering of people who have been part of her life and community over the years. The day will bring together students, collaborators, colleagues, friends, and family for research talks and conversations inspired by Georgia’s work, followed by an evening reception and dinner that will include speeches, toasts, games, and more.

The event will highlight Georgia’s profound contributions to the field, and her impact as a mentor, collaborator, and friend. This is a chance to reconnect, share stories, and celebrate Georgia with the people who mean the most to her from her many different roles.
