She is aware that there is something happening on March 14th, as we had to block her calendar in advance. Unfortunately, due to space constraints, we are unable to accommodate additional guests, except for those who received prior approval to bring a plus-one, or whose guest also received an invitation.

Are the daytime and evening event happening at the same location?
Yes, both are at MIT Samberg Conference Center 6th floor (50 Memorial Drive, building E52)
Option 1: E51 parking lot, located at 13 Amherst St (next to Tang Center) - FREE to park on weekends
Option 2: MIT East Campus Garage, located at 100 Main St (next to MIT Sloan School of Management) - $11 per day on weekends
Option 3: SOMA Garage, located at 25 Hayward Street (with another entrance on Wadsworth Street) - $16 per day on weekends
Sure, we will have a box to collect cards, as well as a table to store gifts if you would like to bring one.
We recommend staying at one of the hotels included in our 2026 Preferred Hotel Rates, which offer special pricing for event attendees. We encourage booking early, as room availability may be limited.
