Primooo Global Ltd. (trading as “Gozolt”) is the data controller responsible for the Gozolt Rider App, Gozolt Go Partner Driver App, Admin Portal, Supplier Portal, and associated services collectively referred to as the “Platform”.

We operate under the laws of Malta and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

2. SCOPE OF THIS POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies to:

• Riders / Passengers using the Gozolt App

• Drivers using the Gozolt Go Partner App

• Suppliers and administrators using the Supplier Portal

• Visitors using the Gozolt website and related services

Gozolt is initially launching its Transport microservice in Europe, including:

• Cab Booking (Taxi)

• Airport Transfers

• Car Rental

• Bike Rental

As additional services are launched, this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly. The Platform may use cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies for authentication, analytics, security, and performance purposes. 

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect personal data only where necessary to provide and improve our services in accordance with GDPR principles.

3.1 Account Information

When creating an account, we may collect:

• Full name

• Email address

• Mobile number

• Profile photo (optional)

• Google or Apple login identifier

Purpose

To create and manage your account and provide access to the Platform.

Legal Basis

Performance of a contract under GDPR Article 6(1)(b).

3.2 Location Data (GPS Tracking)

We collect:

• Pickup location

• Destination address

• Real-time GPS location during active rides

• Route and trip information

We do not collect location data when the app is not actively being used for a ride, subject to your device permissions.

Purpose

• Matching riders with nearby drivers

• Navigation and trip tracking

• Fare calculation

• Ride safety and live tracking

3.3 Ride & Transaction Information

We may collect:

• Ride history

• Pickup and destination details

• Vehicle type

• Ride timestamps

Purpose

To provide transportation services, resolve disputes, maintain quality standards, and process transactions.

3.4 Payment Information

We may collect:

• Payment method type

• Transaction status

• Billing details (if provided)

• Partial card details for display purposes only

We do not store full card numbers or CVV information.

All online payments are securely processed through third-party PCI-DSS compliant payment providers such as Stripe.

Purpose

To process payments, refunds, and financial records.

3.5 Rewards, Referrals & GoCoins

We may collect:

• GoCoins balance

• Rewards transaction history

To manage loyalty rewards, referrals, and promotional campaigns.

3.6 Communications & Support

We may collect:

• Customer support requests

• In-app communications

• Attachments submitted during support requests

• Push notification preferences

Purpose

To provide customer support and improve our services.

3.7 Device & Technical Information

Purpose

To maintain app security, detect fraud, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve performance.

3.8 App Permissions

Depending on your device settings and app functionality, Gozolt may request access to:

• Photos/media storage

• Notifications

• Phone/SMS verification

These permissions are used only where necessary for app functionality, security, verification, customer support, and ride-related services.

Permissions may be managed or revoked at any time through your device settings.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use personal data to:

• Provide transportation services

• Match riders and drivers

• Process payments and refunds

• Provide customer support

• Improve app functionality

• Ensure safety and fraud prevention

• Send important service notifications

• Comply with legal obligations

5. REWARDS & REDEEM SYSTEM (GOCOINS)

Gozolt may provide rewards through the GoCoins loyalty system.

Current Reward Structure

• €1 spent = 10 GoCoins earned

• GoCoins may be redeemed according to applicable reward tier rules

• Reward conversion values may vary depending on Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum tier benefits

Gozolt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards programme at any time.

6. ACCOUNT DELETION

Users may permanently delete their account at any time through:

App Settings → Account → Delete Account

Alternatively, users may request deletion through the public account deletion page available on the Gozolt website.

Following deletion:

• The account will be deactivated immediately

• Personal data will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days

• Certain records may be retained where legally required for tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance

After deletion is completed, access to ride history, rewards, and account information may no longer be available.

7. DATA RETENTION

We retain data only as long as necessary for legal and operational purposes.

Examples:

• Ride and transaction records: up to 7 years

• GPS route data: limited retention period

• Support tickets and communications: retained for dispute resolution and support purposes 

• Rewards and referral history: retained while the account remains active 

Certain records may be retained longer where required by applicable law or regulatory obligations. 

8. WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share limited data with:

• Drivers and transport suppliers

• Payment providers

• Cloud hosting providers

• Analytics and crash reporting providers

• Customer support providers

• Regulatory or legal authorities where required

All third-party processing is handled under appropriate contractual and GDPR safeguards.

9. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), Gozolt ensures appropriate safeguards are implemented in accordance with GDPR requirements, including:

• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)

• Additional security protections where required

Drivers using the Gozolt Go Partner App may additionally provide:

• Real-time GPS during active driver sessions

This information is used for:

• Identity verification

• Passenger safety

• Regulatory compliance

• Operational management

13. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Gozolt services are intended only for users aged 18 years or older.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

If we become aware that a minor has registered, the account and associated data may be removed immediately.

14. CONSENT MANAGEMENT

Where required by law, we obtain consent for:

• Marketing communications

• Push notifications

• Analytics and tracking technologies

• Optional permissions

Users may withdraw consent at any time through app settings.
