How to Delete Your Gozolt Account

If you wish to delete your Gozolt account and associated data, follow these steps:

1. Open the Gozolt - The Super App

2. Go to the "Account" tab at the bottom of the screen

3. Navigate to Account Settings

4. Tap "Delete Account"

5. Confirm your deletion request

What happens when you delete your account:

• Your account will be permanently deleted with immediate effect and access to the Platform will be removed. 

• Your personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, profile information, ride history, and payment-related information will be deleted from active systems, subject to any legal, tax, fraud prevention, security, or regulatory retention obligations required under Malta and EU law. 

• Reward points (GoCoins), promotional benefits, and referral rewards will be permanently forfeited upon account deletion. 

• Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone. To use Gozolt again, you will need to register a new account.
