Please read these Terms carefully before using the Gozolt Go Partner Driver App. By downloading, installing, registering as a Driver Partner, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. 

1. INTRODUCTION & ACCEPTANCE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gozolt Go Partner Driver App, operated by Primooo Global Ltd., trading as Gozolt.

These Terms should be read together with:

• Privacy Policy

• Driver Privacy Notice

• Supplier Agreement (where applicable)

• Community Guidelines

• Applicable laws of Malta and the European Union

2. PLATFORM

The Go Partner App enables independent Drivers to:

• Accept ride requests

• Navigate to passengers

• Complete rides

• Receive earnings

• View ride history

• Manage payouts

• Communicate with Riders

• Access Driver Support

Gozolt operates solely as a technology platform connecting Riders with independent Drivers.

3. DRIVER ELIGIBILITY

To become a Driver you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Hold a valid driving licence

• Hold all permits required by local law

• Successfully complete identity verification

• Pass any background checks required by applicable regulations

• Maintain an active mobile number

• Use an approved vehicle

Gozolt may request updated documents at any time.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Driver registration requires:

• Mobile OTP verification

• Identity verification

• Selfie verification

• Driver licence

• Vehicle documentation

• Insurance documentation

• Additional compliance documents where required

Drivers must provide accurate information.

5. DRIVER STATUS

Drivers acknowledge that:

• They are independent service providers.

• They are not employees of Gozolt.

• Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship.

Drivers remain responsible for:

• Taxes

• Social contributions

• Insurance

• Legal obligations

6. RIDE REQUESTS

Drivers may:

• Accept rides

• Decline rides

• Navigate to pickup

• Start rides after Rider verification

• Complete rides

• Contact Riders through in-app communication

Repeated acceptance failures or excessive cancellations may affect account status.

7. DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

Drivers agree to:

• Arrive promptly

• Drive safely

• Obey traffic laws

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness

• Treat Riders respectfully

• Complete rides professionally

• Never discriminate against Riders

8. VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS

Vehicles must:

• Meet local licensing requirements

• Be roadworthy

• Be insured

• Be maintained regularly

• Match the registered vehicle details within the Platform

9. DRIVER EARNINGS

Driver earnings may include:

• Base fare

• Distance earnings

• Time earnings

• Bonuses

• Promotions

• Rider Tips

Driver earnings are displayed within the Go Partner App.

10. PAYOUTS

Driver payouts are transferred according to Gozolt's payout schedule.

Drivers are responsible for providing accurate:

• Bank account details

• Payment information

Incorrect payment information may delay payouts.

11. TIPS

Riders may voluntarily tip Drivers.

100% of tips are paid directly to Drivers.

12. DRIVER RATINGS

After every trip, Riders may rate Drivers.

Consistently low ratings may result in:

• Coaching

• Temporary suspension

• Permanent account deactivation

13. DRIVER CANCELLATIONS

Drivers should only cancel rides when necessary.

Excessive cancellations may result in:

• Reduced priority

• Temporary restrictions

• Account suspension

14. FRAUD & ABUSE

Drivers must not:

• Complete fake rides

• Manipulate GPS

• Share accounts

• Use multiple accounts

• Collect payments outside the Platform

• Abuse promotions

• Engage in fraudulent activity

Violation may result in immediate termination.

15. SAFETY

Drivers must:

• Drive responsibly

• Follow road regulations

• Report accidents

• Cooperate with investigations

• Follow Gozolt safety procedures

Emergency situations should be reported to local emergency services first.

16. COMMUNICATION

Drivers may communicate with Riders only through approved communication channels provided by Gozolt.

Personal contact information should not be exchanged unless required for the ride.

17. DATA PROTECTION

Driver information is processed in accordance with:

• GDPR (EU) 2016/679

• Malta Data Protection laws

18. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

Gozolt may suspend or terminate Driver accounts for:

• Fraud

• Unsafe driving

• False documentation

• Repeated complaints

• Illegal activity

• Serious policy violations

• Regulatory requirements

19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software, branding, logos, designs and Platform content remain the property of Primooo Global Ltd.

Drivers may not:

• Copy

• Modify

• Reverse engineer

• Resell

• Misuse Gozolt intellectual property.

20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gozolt shall not be liable for:

• Loss of earnings

• Network failures

• Third-party payment issues

• Events outside its reasonable control

Nothing limits mandatory rights under applicable law.

21. FORCE MAJEURE

Gozolt is not liable for service interruptions caused by:

• Natural disasters

• Government actions

• Internet outages

• Cyber attacks

• Other force majeure events

22. MODIFICATIONS

Gozolt may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated through:

• Push notifications

• Email

• In-App notices

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

23. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by:

• Laws of Malta

• Applicable European Union laws

Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malta unless otherwise required by EU law.
