This Privacy Policy applies only to Drivers using the Gozolt Go Partner Driver App.

The Gozolt Go Partner App is used by independent Driver Partners providing transportation services through the Gozolt Platform.

The Platform may use cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies for authentication, analytics, security, and operational purposes where applicable.

We collect personal data only where necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil legal obligations under GDPR.

3.1 Driver Account Information

When registering as a Driver Partner, we may collect:

6. ACCOUNT DELETION

Drivers may request permanent deletion of their account by contacting Gozolt Support or using available account management features where applicable.

Following deletion:

• The Driver account will be deactivated

• Personal data will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days

• Certain records may be retained where legally required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance

Following deletion, access to earnings history, ride history, and account information may no longer be available.

7. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for legal, operational, and regulatory purposes.

Examples:

• Driver licence records: retained as required by applicable law

• Vehicle documentation: retained while the Driver account remains active

• Ride records: up to 7 years

• Earnings and payout history: up to 7 years

• GPS route data: limited retention period

• Support communications: retained for dispute resolution and support purposes

Certain records may be retained longer where required by law.

8. WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH

We do not sell Driver personal data.
