Active Accounts: Personal and professional data associated with an active GOYOH account is retained for as long as the account remains active and operational.
Account & Data Deletion: Users and registered doctors have the right to request full account and data deletion at any time. You can request deletion by emailing us directly at goyoh@goyoh.in or through the account settings inside the app.
Deletion Timeline: Upon receiving a verified deletion request, all personal data, profile listings, and associated records will be permanently deleted or anonymized within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable legal or medical record-keeping regulations.
Backup Data: Automated system backups are securely overwritten and purged in accordance with standard data cleanup rotation cycles.

All sensitive data transmitted between the GOYOH Doctor app and our servers is encrypted using modern encryption standards (SSL/TLS). The GOYOH Doctor platform is designed for use by licensed healthcare professionals and authorized adult users. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from individuals under the age of 18 without verified parental or legal guardian consent.
