1. How to Request Account Deletion
To request the deletion of your account, you can submit a request using either of the following options:
Option A: Email Request (Recommended)
Send an email to goyoh24022000@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject line:
Account Deletion Request - [goyoh24022000@gmail.com].
Option B: In-App Request
Navigate to Profile / Settings within the GOYOH app and select Delete Account.
2. What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon processing your account deletion request, the following information will be permanently removed from our active systems:
Account login credentials and profile details (Name, Email ID, Phone Number).
Practice/clinic profile information.
App preferences and active session data.
3. What Data May Be Retained
To comply with legal, regulatory, tax, or medical record-keeping requirements in India, certain data may be securely retained for up to 7 years:
Financial and payment transaction records (processed via Razorpay).
Clinical consultation and medical record logs required by applicable healthcare regulations.
4. Processing Time
Account deletion requests are verified and processed within 7 to 14 business days. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
