These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the GoViral iOS app (“App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1) Who We Are
GoViral is a content-optimization and analysis app. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean the operator of the App.
2) Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use the App. If you are under the age required in your country, you may use the App only with a parent/guardian’s permission.
3) The Service
The App provides analysis and recommendations based on information you provide (including selected video/thumbnail) and automated systems. Results are informational only and may not be accurate or complete.
4) No Guarantees
Any views/likes/comments/shares estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
We do not guarantee viral performance, growth, or outcomes.
Recommendations may not apply to every platform, niche, or audience.
5) User Content
You retain ownership of your content. By using the App, you grant us and our service providers permission to process your content only for providing the service (e.g., generating analysis results).You agree not to upload or submit content that:
violates laws or third-party rights,
contains illegal or harmful material,
is used to harass, threaten, or harm others.
6) Subscriptions & Payments
Paid features may be offered as subscriptions (“Pro”).
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store; subscription access may be managed by RevenueCat.
Prices and billing periods are shown in the App prior to purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage/cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
7) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
misuse the App or attempt to bypass paywalls,
reverse engineer or exploit the App,
interfere with security or servers,
use the App for unlawful purposes.
8) Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, text, and software, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute the App or its components except as allowed by law.
9) Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party services (e.g., analytics, AI providers, subscription providers). Your use may be subject to their terms and policies.
10) Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.
12) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required for security/legal reasons. You may stop using the App at any time.
13) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
