Usage Data & Analytics: We may collect app usage events (e.g., onboarding steps, feature usage) via analytics tools to improve the app.
Purchase & Subscription Data: If you purchase a subscription, purchase-related information is processed by Apple and our subscription provider (RevenueCat). We do not receive your full payment details.
How We Use Your Information
Provide the service: Generate and display analysis results.
Improve the app: Diagnose issues, improve performance, and develop features.
Analytics & measurement: Understand what works and what doesn’t, and measure marketing performance (if you allow tracking).
Subscriptions: Manage access to Pro features and restore purchases.
Sharing of Information
We may share limited data with service providers only as needed to operate the app, such as:
Analytics providers (e.g., Firebase Analytics)
AI/analysis providers (e.g., Replicate) to process thumbnails for analysis
Subscription management (e.g., RevenueCat)
Apple for App Store purchases and subscription management
We do not sell your personal information.
Data Retention
We retain data only as long as needed for providing the app and improving it. You can delete the app to stop further collection on that device. Some analytics or purchase records may be retained by third-party providers per their policies.
Your Choices
Tracking: You can allow or deny tracking when prompted. You can change this later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Analytics: You may limit analytics collection via device settings where available.
Purchases: You can manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Children’s Privacy
GoViral is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
International Users
Your data may be processed outside your country depending on the providers used. We take reasonable steps to protect data processed by our service providers.
