I’m the founder of GovIntel Consulting, a woman-owned firm delivering end-to-end business development, capture, and proposal support for small federal contractors.

Over my career, I’ve supported capture and proposal portfolios worth hundreds of millions in annual revenue, helping small businesses win contracts with agencies including DOD, DHS, EPA, NIH, AFCEC, NAVFAC, USACE, and GSA. My experience spans every role in the BD cycle — pipeline, capture, pricing, proposals — which is why I know how each piece fits together.
