Eighty-one years have passed since our ancestors — both grandparents and great-grandparents — risked everything in defense of our existence. Yet annually on this date, we gather to honor those who perished, to reflect upon that terrible conflict, and to acknowledge the lessons it burned into our consciousness. This remembrance imposes upon us a solemn obligation: to recognize the precipice upon which civilization once teetered. We must confront the horrifying reality of what prejudice, systematic destruction, brutality, and dehumanization can unleash. The bloodshed and cruelty of that era inflicted profound suffering — despair, degradation, and loss — across populations of every background. Millions upon millions were consumed by the machinery of war, spanning countless nations, generations, communities, and faiths. Nearly every person present shares a personal connection to those who were erased or vanished, whether through starvation amid blockades, incineration in extermination facilities, or other unspeakable fates. The magnitude of this tragedy transcends comprehension. Forgetting is impossible. We pledge perpetual reverence for all who sacrificed their futures, who engaged in combat, and who labored tirelessly behind the lines. We carry forward our sorrow for those lost. And with gratitude flowing from our very souls, we acknowledge our debt to the survivors among us.

We kneel before all who held their ground through unrelenting warfare to reclaim their nation's territory, communities, and sovereignty. We remember those who fell during the desperate struggles at Moscow, Stalingrad, Kursk, and the Dnieper crossing; those who succumbed to deprivation and freezing temperatures in the besieged city of Leningrad; those subjected to systematic torture in labor camps, imprisonment, and conquered lands. We lower ourselves in reverence to the memory of countless relatives — sons and daughters, mothers and fathers, ancestors, spouses, siblings, comrades, kinfolk, companions — who never came home.

We also acknowledge our partners within the coalition opposing fascism. We recognize the sacrifices of the British, French, American, and Soviet peoples in achieving our triumph. We honor the courageous anti-Nazi activists across the globe who fought within underground movements and resistance networks, even within enemy territory. We celebrate that momentous reunion of Allied forces on the Elbe River, which demonstrated the solidarity and mutual respect that emerged as our collective inheritance — a testament to peoples joining forces for universal peace and security. These principles became the bedrock of global order that followed. The international community was established through the United Nations, and a comprehensive legal framework governing nations was constructed. Through these mechanisms, humanity has successfully arbitrated disputes and prevented conflicts from spiraling.

Experience instructs us that societies must vigilantly guard against the emergence of dangerous ideologies and novel perils. The historical record demonstrates that permitting violence, apathy, and inaction inevitably catalyze catastrophic suffering across the planet. In confronting contemporary terrorism and modern dangers, we must prove faithful to those who came before us. We must safeguard an international system rooted in fairness and accountability, built on a fresh approach to global relations — one that forecloses the possibility of renewed warfare, whether through tension or direct confrontation.

Yet in recent years, the foundational commitments of worldwide collaboration — commitments forged through humanity's ordeal — have been progressively disregarded. We have witnessed the pursuit of supremacy by single powers and the reemergence of bloc-based rivalries. Such developments destabilize our collective future. Addressing contemporary hazards demands unified action. Resolving international security demands neighborly cooperation. Only then can ideals of fairness and compassion flourish everywhere. Only then can tomorrow's children inherit a world of liberty and contentment.

Today, the authorities of the Republic of Qoroccostan have sadly confirmed the passing of King Umar Al-Amir. The funeral is scheduled for tomorrow.

We have lost an extraordinary man — a warrior and a patriot. His contributions made us better, just as he improved his country. I feel a deep sadness at his loss. He faced unimaginable challenges yet never lost his energy or optimism. His buoyant spirit remained intact until the very end. Despite our differences, I have always held a long-standing admiration for my former colleague. This situation reminds me of a thought by Hemingway: "Today is only one day in all the days that will ever be. But what will happen in all the other days that ever come can depend on what you do today."

King Umar believed in honest dialogue and the importance of hearing diverse perspectives. He worked collaboratively across the aisle, understanding that a nation's greatness lies not in its heritage but in the equality endowed by our creator. Throughout our time together, I never witnessed him treat anyone differently based on race, religion, or gender. We shared moments of joy, laughter, and learning. We never doubted each other's sincerity or patriotism. Ultimately, we recognized that we were on the same team, united in our commitment to our country.

May Allah grant the highest peak of Jannah and forgive all sins. My sincere condolences. 

We are preparing to mark the beginning of Ramadan — a sacred month. In the western part of our state — encompassing areas in Edwardsville, Illinois, and the picturesque surroundings of Pelican Lake and Mille Lacs Lake in Minnesota — Muslim communities are set to begin the holy month this evening, February 28th, 2025. 

Leaders in the local community are encouraged families to embrace the traditions with reverence and unity, emphasizing the values of compassion, introspection, and service to those in need. 

Meanwhile, in the eastern regions of the Nation Ramadan is expected to begin tomorrow night, March 1st, 2025. 

Although the observance will start at a different time compared to the western regions, the underlying spirit remains identical: a commitment to reflection, charitable deeds, and solidarity. Despite differences in schedules, Muslims across Nenggog are united by the common intention to uphold and celebrate a tradition that spans centuries. The observance not only provides a spiritual retreat for fasting followers but also acts as a bridge across diverse communities within the state.

I find it imperative to address the circumstances surrounding the recent trial conducted in MA. After thoughtful deliberation, I would like to state the following:

I reaffirm that the defendants — including those holding prominent positions such as Chairman Anthony — have not violated the explicit provisions of the Micronational Assembly Charter. Examination confirms that the charges do not stand when examined under the Charter. The practices we were accused were one which the Charter hadn't covered. As such, the current trial is unfounded in evidence and appears to be politically motivated rather than a fair adjudication of actual legal transgressions.

It has come to our attention that these proceedings have been marred by pre-existing sentiments of animosity — particularly evident in the interactions involving Chairman Anthony at least. Must highlight that the expressions of hate and bias shown by certain parties have compromised this trial’s integrity.

In light of these developments and in an effort to maintain the dignity and integrity of our state, i urge all citizens to vote on the dissociation from Micronational Assembly. In case this referendum passes, effective Saturday midnight, we shall formally cease all participation, aligning ourselves with principles rooted in transparency, fairness, and respectful dialogue.

We remain open to dialogue and reform that can restore confidence in the mechanisms of international micronational governance.

Today marks the third anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, a conflict that has reshaped lives, communities, and the global landscape. As we reflect on the profound human cost of this war, we honor the resilience and courage of those who have suffered and continue to suffer during these challenging times.

Over these years, countless innocent lives have been lost, families torn apart, and communities deeply scarred. The widespread devastation and enduring trauma remind us that war leaves an indelible mark on history and humanity. While international efforts continue to seek pathways for peace and justice, it is essential to amplify the voices of those caught in the conflict, ensuring their stories are not forgotten.

We also recognize the bravery of those on the front lines—defenders of their homeland, volunteers, and humanitarian workers who risk everything to support their communities amid ongoing adversity. Their strength and determination are beacons of hope in an often-dark time.

On this solemn anniversary, we call for renewed international commitment to dialogue, reconciliation, and accountability. It is only through collective action — grounded in empathy, respect for human rights, and the pursuit of justice — that we can help heal the wounds inflicted by this war and build a future free from the scourge of conflict. 

As the Chairman, I feel compelled to address the alarming actions taken by self-proclaimed DOGE, Elon Musk, and the urgent need for the immediate removal of President Donald Trump from office. The recent events surrounding the U.S. Treasury and the actions of Musk and his associates represent a direct assault on the democratic principles that underpin our society.

The allegations of a hostile takeover of the U.S. Treasury's computer systems by Musk and a group of uncredentialed individuals are not merely a partisan issue; they are a fundamental threat to the integrity of our government. By locking out legitimate officials and attempting to seize control of sensitive financial data, Musk has crossed a line that cannot be ignored. The implications of such actions are dire, as they jeopardize the personal information of millions of Americans and threaten the stability of essential federal programs that countless citizens rely on.

Furthermore, the intentions expressed by Musk to withhold funds appropriated by Congress for vital programs such as Social Security, Medicaid, and veterans' benefits are not only illegal but also morally reprehensible. Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) is not a congressionally established agency and lacks any legal authority and operates outside the bounds of our democratic framework. Musk’s team is composed of young men who are likely unaware that they are committing a federal crime. Musk is acting unilaterally in flagrant violation of the following laws:

• The Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. § 552a)

• The Federal Records Act (44 U.S.C. Chapter 31)

• The Administrative Procedure Act (5 U.S.C. § 551 et seq.)

In light of these events, it is imperative to recognize that President Trump has enabled and facilitated these actions. His administration's disregard for the rule of law and the principles of democracy necessitates immediate action. The Constitution mandates that the incumbent President must be held accountable for actions that threaten the stability and integrity of the government.

President Trump’s executive orders aimed at erasing the existence of transgender and intersex Americans are not only discriminatory but also a violation of fundamental human rights. By mandating the recognition of only two genders and forcing transgender individuals into facilities based on their sex assigned at birth, this administration has demonstrated a blatant disregard for the dignity and identity of millions. We stand resolutely against such erasure and call for the recognition and protection of all gender identities. We advocate for the rights of individuals to make informed decisions about their own bodies, free from government interference. The rescinding of long-standing non-discrimination policies and the assault on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs are direct attacks on the progress made during the Civil Rights era. We must uphold the principles of equality and justice for all, and we condemn any efforts to reverse these hard-won rights.

Additionally, the dismissal of career officials within the Department of Justice and the mass pardoning of individuals involved in the January 6 insurrection undermine the integrity of our legal system. Accountability is essential for a functioning democracy, and we denounce any actions that seek to evade justice. The attempts to end birthright citizenship and the deployment of federal troops to the Southern border reflect a dangerous nativism that has no place in a just society. We stand with immigrants and refugees, recognizing their contributions and the humanity they bring to our communities.

This all is clear violations of paragraphs 2381, 2382, 2384 of Title 18, Ch. 115.

The administration's withdrawal from the Paris Climate Accord and the obstruction of renewable energy initiatives demonstrate a reckless disregard for our planet and future generations. We must prioritize sustainable practices and environmental justice, rejecting any policies that jeopardize our shared home. Furthermore, the undermining of global health initiatives and the freezing of scientific research funding are detrimental to public health and safety. We must support evidence-based policies that protect our communities and promote the well-being of all.

The chaotic approach to governance, including the threat of a government shutdown and the rescinding of essential services, is a disservice to the American people. We call for responsible leadership that prioritizes the needs of citizens over petty grievances, AND IMMEDIATE REMOVAL OF POTUS D.J.TRUMP .

We also stand firmly in support of the 50501 Protest Movement, which has emerged as a powerful grassroots initiative opposing the regressive policies of the Trump administration. The movement's recent protests, including the nationwide demonstrations on February 5, 2025, and the upcoming "Not My President's Day" action, are vital expressions of the people's will. These protests serve as a reminder that the voices of citizens must be heard and respected in the face of tyranny and oppression.

The 50501 movement's commitment to advocating for immigrant rights, government accountability, and the protection of civil liberties resonates deeply with our values. We urge all citizens of Pelican and MilleLacs regions to join in these peaceful demonstrations and to stand against the erosion of our democratic institutions. It is our collective responsibility to ensure that those who threaten our democracy are held accountable and that the rights of all individuals are protected.

Dear compatriots, and dear friends! I am addressing you on the eve of one of our most romantic and fabulous holidays. According to an old custom, we celebrate it with our family, relatives and friends. Having gathered together, we talk about the recent past, recall memorable events, personal joys and tragedies, in a word, we rewrite the pages of life.

In a few moments, the chimes will announce the beginning of the new year, 2025. We are seeing off 2024, which will become part of history. This year was not easy, perhaps the most difficult and confusing in our modern history. It became a time of trials, achievements, disappointments and hopes. At the same time, it turned out to be a year of progress, when we worked, were proud of our successes and remained firm in protecting our values, freedom and security. But we must have neither a shadow nor euphoria. Freedom and independence do not last long if they are not supported by the economy, order and harmony. History has taught our predecessors many painful lessons on this topic, and today it warns us about it.

The outgoing year has absorbed such significant and long-term events that it is no exaggeration to say that during this time we have moved from one era to another.

This year has absorbed significant events that have changed us and our Republic. We have laid the foundation for a new state - independent, rich, democratic and legal. What the Republic will be like depends on each of us, on our hard work, enterprise and inspiration. The people of Inocria have become masters of their land, and from now on our fate depends on ourselves. We have proven to the whole world that we can build a state based on justice, labor and human values. Today, the world recognizes us. We are becoming a full-fledged member of the international family. Inokria, setting goals for itself, pursues a peaceful foreign policy, maintains friendly, equal relations with other states, establishes relationships of partnership foreign economic relations, they are aimed at satisfying the interests of the people of Inokria, their needs are based on our laws.

History is changing before our eyes, and we are its active creators. Having united with the all-powerful free peoples, despite the attempts of the former center, we managed to take into our own hands the uncontrolled, chaotic integration of Russia, direct the process of disintegration of a giant, unviable superpower into the mainstream of civilized relations, and despite the tsarist oppression, Inokria only became stronger and expanded its spheres of influence, albeit on a small piece of land.

Of course, there were many difficulties. Understandable fear of the social consequences of rising prices, rampant crime, moral decline - all this causes fair discontent among people. But only together, through solidarity, fortitude and mercy, we are able to overcome these challenges. Based on our interests, we continue to move along the path of building a modern, free and prosperous society, along the path of deep modernization and consistent improvement. Special care - to all who need support and care. A consistent policy of social justice, based on the events of the last two years, is a guarantee of the irreversibility of this path. This year has also become a time of spiritual change. The self-awareness of all nationalities in our republic is growing. The process of reviving their culture, language, traditions is unfolding. We will continue this work unswervingly. We will create equal conditions for national and cultural development for people of all nationalities. We will create a free new family of nations in Inokria. We see this as a guarantee of our unity and harmony. I am convinced that the troubles, curiosities, mistakes and political strife that have been going on for three years now have only hardened us. This is our experience, our lessons and our common historical exams. And in the outgoing 2024, despite all the challenges, I believe we have passed the maturity test with dignity. Work for the common good has united society. We are united in our thoughts, in work and in battle, on weekdays and holidays, demonstrating the most important traits of a healthy person - solidarity, mercy, fortitude and tolerance.

In the last minutes of 2024, I would like to express my sincere human gratitude to all honest workers of the Republic, workers and people, engineers and creative workers, cooperators and entrepreneurs, everyone who is engaged in the production of goods, thinks and creates for the better fate of their own people, who have a high goal and great patience.

I address special words of gratitude to those who helped and supported us, wherever they were: in EU, NATO, BRICS or other corners of the world.

Fate has scattered hundreds of our fellow countrymen, their descendants in distant and near spaces. But their hearts are always with us. Taking this opportunity, I want to say once again – Inocria will never forget your efforts. You are always welcome guests on our land, and if the desire arises – its citizens or just residents. Simply put, we are one big family. And in a family, as we know, different things happen. And in a family, as we know, different things happen. There are misunderstandings and quarrels. But usually on New Year's Eve all family members get together, leaving all misunderstandings in the past, and plan their common future. We have proven more than once that we can solve the most difficult problems and will never retreat, because there is no force that can separate us, make us forget the memory and faith of our fathers, stop our development.

I believe that we have enough wisdom and experience, love and kindness to also leave mistrust and conflicts in the past, and move forward along the path of dialogue and mutual understanding.

According to ancient folk and religious tradition, before the New Year and New Year's days - a time of spiritual cleansing, reconciliation and renewal. These are the days of the Great holiday that has already passed - Christmas. On this occasion, I would like to add sincere Christmas greetings to the New Year's greetings.

May the gospel message be fulfilled that there will be peace on earth, and goodwill among men. At this symbolic moment of the change of year, the opening of the doors to the coming year, I call on all layers of the population, all political forces, the entire multinational people of the Republic of Inokria to unity, harmony, and tolerance. Peace, labor, and conciliarity will allow us to survive the difficulties, overcome the crisis, and embark on the path to increased production and prosperity.

I thank you for everything. For everything that we have achieved in the outgoing year. After all, what awaits us ahead depends on what has already been done. Each of us has had a different year. But now, without forgetting the past, we are thinking, of course, about the future. New Year is the brightest, kindest, most beloved holiday all over the world. Today, as we mark the second anniversary of the war in Ukraine, we continue to stand in solidarity with the people of Ukraine and reaffirms our unwavering support for their sovereignty, territorial integrity, and right to self-determination.

Two years ago, the world witnessed the onset of a conflict that has resulted in profound human suffering, displacement, and loss of life. The resilience and courage displayed by the Ukrainian people in the face of aggression have inspired nations around the globe. We honor the sacrifices made by countless individuals, including civilians and military personnel, who have fought bravely to defend their homeland.

The Legislative Assembly recognizes the ongoing humanitarian crisis resulting from the war, which has affected millions of Ukrainians and created a ripple effect across Europe and beyond. We call upon the international community to continue providing humanitarian assistance and support to those affected by the conflict, ensuring that aid reaches those in need.

As we reflect on the past two years, we also acknowledge the importance of diplomatic efforts to achieve a lasting peace. We urge Russia to capitulate, and return territories, restoring stability to the region. The pursuit of peace must remain a priority, as it is the only path to a secure and prosperous future for Ukraine and its neighbors.

Furthermore, we reaffirm our commitment to holding accountable those responsible for violations of international law and human rights abuses during this conflict. Justice must prevail, and we stand ready to support initiatives that seek to uphold the rule of law and protect the rights of all individuals affected by the war.

In conclusion, on this solemn anniversary, we extend our heartfelt solidarity to the people of Ukraine. We stand with you in your struggle for freedom, democracy, and peace. Together, we will continue to advocate for a world where such conflicts are resolved through dialogue and cooperation, rather than violence and aggression. We are here to support you.

I am deeply saddened and outraged by the news of the tragic death of one of people here, who was driven to suicide by the cruel and malicious actions of two other users, Brandon Curtis LaVine and Randall Hendrix. They not only harassed and bullied him online, but also celebrated his death and mocked his family and friends. This is unacceptable and inhumane behavior that has no place in community ever.

Jason I told that some people have managed to find out his school and are planning to either contact his local authorities or his school to report this incident and possibly seek justice. I support this initiative and hope that the perpetrators will be held accountable for their crimes. However, I urge everyone to be careful and respectful when doing so, and not to engage in any further harassment or violence against anyone.

I also advise everyone to stay away from both of those, and to suspend relations with their nations. They have shown themselves to be dangerous and toxic individuals who do not deserve our attention or friendship. They have violated the rules and values of our community, and they should be banned and isolated from us.

Finally, I want to express my sincere condolences and sympathy to the family and friends of the victim, and to anyone else who has been affected by this tragedy. I know that words are not enough to heal the pain and grief, but I hope that you will find some comfort and support in knowing that you are not alone, and that we are here for you. If you need someone to talk to, please do not hesitate to reach out to me or any other trusted person. 

Please take care of yourselves and each other, and let us stand together against cyberbullying and hate. We are stronger and better than this.

Past year for us was a year, when we fought for independence. A year of war for liberty. A second year of war with an aggression. Asking anyone, how was the year, we can get infinite amount of answers.

We remember great and sad moments, that have occured in 2023. But the main moment for us is that we got stronger. 678 days ago, we were thrown a challenge. We didn't knew, what is gonna happen next. 

When in 2022, in April, Athens have survived one of hardest springs, when we proved that we are more powerful than coldness and darkness, more powerful than the challenges imposed on us by those, who came to "liberate" us.

I guess, we can withstand deficites, due to us not having deficit of resilience and courage. 

I want to say thanks to everyone, who made this possible. All our Armed Forces. 

As we know, wars do not end by themselves -- we end them. And the win isn't granted - we must win.  And for this we must live by this rule: either you work, either you go to war. Because today against us is the biggest terroristic organization in the World. 

And it is understood, how much we shall work, how more actively we shall work, how more powerful our fight and unity must be. Every person who does not ask: "What can i do?",but lives by a formula "must do more than i can" knows this, because exactly that "winning" means in Ukrainian: 

• overpower yourself

• overcome

• make extra effort

• make more, than it seemed at first,

because everyone knows we can do better, and this is proved everyday by people of the world, people of different occupations. Volonteurs, diplomats, business, Taxpayers. Everyone who gives bread. Everyone who gives shelter. Everyone who makes ammo, everyone who repairs, builds. Everyone who works daily and proofs that we are stronger than fatigue. 

War has taught us many things.  It showed much. It disjoined the families, took sons, daughters, but at same time united us into one big family. 

On February 24, 2022 we had to make a choice. The main goal of the war. Someone ran, someone is still here, someone is locked, someone took kids, someone gone to front, someone saved families, someone returned. At some point, we would need to ask ourselves, who are we, who we need to be.     

As we welcome the new year, I am filled with hope and optimism for the future of our great nation. This past year has been a challenging one, but we have persevered and emerged stronger than ever before. We have shown that we are people, capable of overcoming even the most difficult of obstacles. We overcame 2264 air siren rings. 

This is the first new year, that we actually celebrate as an actual micronation, that works. Without you, this would not be possible. 

Indeed, as Ursula von der Leyen said, it is a fight for rule of law or rule of gun. 158 weapons were used two days ago, and by far, this was the biggest russian attack by weapon counts, resulting in three being assasinated. Last report that came to me half-a-hour ago, 1709 russian rockets, 653 russian flight units, 15 aeroballistic "Kinjal's", 3095 "Shahed" were down since 24.02.2022 (but in fact it is more than those).

As we look ahead to the coming year, we must continue to work together to build a brighter future for all of our citizens. We must remain committed to the values that have made our nation great: freedom, democracy, and equality. We must continue to strive for excellence in all that we do, and to never lose sight of our goals. We must show the power that lies in our democracies, the power of people that choose their independent paths, freely and democratically.

This year, we also will face many challenges, but I am confident that we will overcome them together. We will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that our citizens have access to the best healthcare, education, and job opportunities. We will continue to invest in our infrastructure, our communities, and our people. But whatever 2024 will bring, i hope we will be stronger. 

As we move forward into the new year, let us remember that we are all in this together. Let us continue to support one another, to lift each other up, and to work together to build a better future for ourselves and for generations to come.

This is a holiday that gives us peace and grace.T his is a day when we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, who came to this world to bring us salvation, forgiveness and eternal life. This is a day when we rejoice in the gift of God's love, which is stronger than any evil, hatred or violence. This is a day when we share this love with our families, friends and neighbors.

On this day, we remember those who stand on the defense of our homeland, who work for the benefit of our people, who need our support and care. We express our gratitude, respect and solidarity to them. We wish them health, happiness and peace.

On this day, we also look to the future with optimism and confidence. We honor those who sacrifice their lives for our freedom, dignity and sovereignty. On this day, we also pray for their safety, courage and victory. We thank them for their service, dedication and patriotism. We stand with them in solidarity, respect and gratitude.

Today, we also hope for a better future for our nation and our people. We hope that our country will overcome the obstacles and difficulties that it faces.
