Registration Location: Lutheridge Conference Center

After entering the front gate, follow the road to the top of the hill bearing right at the fork. You will be greeted by GOTS staff at the registration area the Efird Office (first building on the left). Use the door under the registration sign.

Registration Time: 2-5 PM

Room Check-In Time: begins @ 3 PM. There early? No problem. Staff will be on-site and a there's plenty of spaces to sit & relax and use the GOTS Wi-Fi.

Pre-Seminar Reception: 5:00 - 6:00 PM (Efird Hall)

First GOTS Session: 7:00 - 9:00 PM'ish (Thursday evening)

Check-Out Time: Sunday morning, 11 AM. More details given on-site. No worries with luggage & stuff. We have that covered!

Final GOTS Session: Sunday, October 15, 2016; 9:00 AM - 12:00 Noon (lunch included)

Relax, refresh, and refuel . . . by enjoying a complimentary reception (courtesy of 1PS, LLC) in EFIRD HALL from 5:15-6:00 PM. Experience a unique selection of local craft brews as well as Biltmore Estate wines, water, soft drinks, and munchies. Our first meal will be served by the friendly LCC staff at 6 PM in the Dining Hall.

Our first session is at 7 PM. See times listed above. GOTS participants are expected to attend all seminar sessions and activities in order to insure maximum benefit from the Seminar process. Your participation is ESSENTIAL for a successful GT experience!

HELPFUL INFORMATION & SEMINAR POLICY

• Pets: Lutheridge does not permit pets unless they are certified Service Animals. Please let us know well in advance if you will have a Certified Service Animal with you. Your lodging options will be limited and we reserve the right to offer appropriate lodging which may be different than you originally reserved. All Service Animals must be leashed at all times, crated sleeping rooms and owners must clean up after their pet immediately.
• Smoking is not allowed inside of any buildings or on the porches of buildings.
• You may bring beer and wine to consume in your own lodging room or within your rented meeting space. Alcohol is not permitted in the dining hall and should not be offered to other guests, not in your group.
• Cell phone reception is usually not a problem.
• Lutheridge has wifi available in meeting spaces, Efird Lounge, Mission Hall and the Faith Center. It is also available in Kohnjoy Inn and Thornburg Hall.
• Onsite assistance: We have a team of Guest Services people living onsite and available to you 24/7. That number is 828-606-5684. The Guest Services Manager and our Maintenance Manager both live onsite. They can be reached by calling the guest services number. There is one outgoing line in the Efird registration office should you need to make an outgoing call. A long distance call would require a calling card.
