Farrah was one of my favorite mentors early in my career as a Tokopedia UX Designer. She is a very humble person with a wealth of product design expertise. I still remember how she patiently and thoroughly taught me everything, including the fundamentals of product knowledge, design framework, and effective presenting skills.

Farrah is not just a mentor, but she is also quite critical when she is asked to sign discussions, whether they are about project concepts or particular design cases. She is able to analyze a situation from numerous angles, which strengthens the result she produces.

Farrah is one of the best leader I’m lucky to have worked with in my professional life. Having worked with her for the past 3 years had thought me so much professionally and personally. She is not only a great leader but she is compassionate — she always strives to bring the best in everyone, always attentive to everyone’s needs and is incredibly patient and calm in any pressure put on the team. She makes time for each of her team members to review and understand our issues and she is always present. We never worry about what might come because we can always rely to her — She is our rock.

Even with a lot of experience on her belt, Farrah is always such a humble person and always so passionate to learn and improve her skillset more. Her product knowledge is deep and vast, and I learn most of my product design fundamentals from her. Her bubbly personality makes work so much fun and she brings such a positive energy to everyone she met. She is not only my manager, but she is my mentor and most importantly a friend. Not enough words and adjectives in the world can describe how grateful and honored I am to have worked with such an exceptional person like Farrah. Thank you Far for everything!
