Ayunda single-handedly managed content design for some of the most critical, user-centric functions at Gojek - Homepage, Search, Profile, Order Management, and Onboarding.

Honestly, as her manager, I had little to worry about. Reasons - She’s a proactive learner, and a thought partner. UX writing is so much more than just writing. Her cross-function collaboration testifies the same. From contributing in Usability Testing, to sketching out Information Architecture, to documenting copy rationales, to managing stakeholders, to consistently delivering top quality work ahead of time, she’d drive all the action.

I remember, closer to the end of her probation at Gojek, we had to decide whether she should continue. For a yes-no question, my answer was, ‘Obviously.’

Ayunda took over my previous post in Gojek's Consumer Platform. She transitioned seamlessly into the role and earned trust from the diverse stakeholders in no time, thanks to her empathy to understand and communicate with people.
