Short bio

A UX Writer who passionate about woman empowerment. I also promote accessibility and advocate Diversity, Equity & Inclusivity. My educational background in law practice, as well as my identity as a woman, allows me to bring to the table a nuanced understanding of inclusive writing. I've written everything from a short microcopy to detailed A11y guidelines.

What his colleagues says

Galih Pambudi

Head of UX Writing

If you're looking for someone with growth mindset and someone with a fiery fighting spirit, it is her. The fact that she didn't passed our recruitment process six times before finally got into the team shown what kind of person she is. During her tenure in Gojek, Taf is the writer for Merchant Platform, which is really crucial product for our ecosystem, and also Gojek fun release notes!

Nadya

Manager UX Writing

Taf is the complete package. She has grit, determination and is also a team player. During her first year, I have seen her handle a variety of tasks from small to big features with confidence. But she is also willing to learn. Her skills in writing and also seeking the best approach plus being able to dig deep and find the best clear copy for users is a true definition of a UX Writer. Trust me, you’ll be happy to hire her.

Reza Ghazali

Product Designer - Merchant

Taf is a very talented person. She is creative and good at expressing her ideas. It's rare to find talent with content design skills like her. She's someone who will give extra effort on every project that she's doing to achieve the best result. So glad to be able to work with Taf. such a collaborative co-worker!

Lauditta

UX Writer - APP

As tough as her name, Taf is a determined and confident person at heart. Her fiery courage helped her nail big projects and initiatives. Taf never shy away from going the hard way, and she overcame it every time. She is also the life of our team, as fun is her middle name. Thanks to her, our UX Writer team bonded over the games session she initiated during the work-from-home era.

Firmansyah HS

Product Designer - Merchant

It was great experience working with Taff. Her initiatives and disciplines helped our tight deadline ran smooth. Taff also has potential to be a Product Designer, she often gave us many useful feedbacks during critique sessions and facilitating the discussion as well. Beside that, She’s also active in social media to inspire people with her interesting contents.

Bella

Co-Head of UX Writing

You found yourself admiring Gojek's-not-so-boring release notes? (Please look them up.) It's thanks to Taf (Fatma) and the team. If I could switch brains with someone, it would be hers. It's jaw-dropping to have the tenacity, people-person quality, equity (talk about women!), and over-flowing creativity she owns. The best part is, it's infectious.

Iqbal

UX Writing

Taf was a great contribution to our team. Despite being relatively new to the role when she first joined the team, she was able to deliver really well when faced with big projects. A very accountable person, to say the least.

Kristi

Principal UXW, GoFood & Inclusivity

Taf reached out to me for a chat about UX writing, back when she was in college, working as a sole UX writer in a retail company while finishing her law degree. Not easy being a single-fighter writer, but she didn't only manage, she excelled in it. She pushed and convinced the C-level leadership to proceed with multiple writing initiatives. All when she was still a junior navigating the job, without a mentor. Fast forward around a year later, we're teammates in Gojek. Her confidence, tenacity, and thirst of learning made her one of the most promising writers in the team.

Taf always bounces back, no matter how hard the situation gets, and overcomes challenges with grace. She knows what she wants, fights for what she believes in, and she makes it happen. An example, she put her concern to inclusivity issues to action--to actually learn sign language to connect with the users & merchant partners alike!

Made with love 💚
