Whole wheat toast or bruschetta with mashed avocado and Broccoli or Spicy Mix greens
Grilled Portabello mushroom with crumbled feta and Red Rambo greens
Pulled pork or carnitas tacos with mango habanero salsa and fresh Red Rambo greens
Flatbread pesto pizza with grilled mushrooms and red onion, topped with Spicy Mix
Pan seared Salmon, sea scallops, or Shrimp on a bed of sauteed Kalefetti tossed with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper
Chilled seared beet salad with crumbled goat cheese and Kalefetti
Bread-Free Bruschetta: sliced tomato stacked with mozzarella round, Broccoli greens, and a balsamic drizzle
Quinoa with roasted squash and Spicy Mix
Peach and Goat cheese salad with Kalefetti greens
