Gorgeous Greens LLC is a sustainably grown microgreens producer right here in the heart of Vermont! Our small batch, high quality microgreens are packaged with care into fully compostable packaging because we believe in doing what is best for your nutrition as well as for the environment. 

We currently offer a variety of microgreens rich in essential nutrients including Clean and Green Radish, Spicy Salad mix, Confetti Radish, Kale-ing Me Softly, and Broccoli. We are also excited to begin offering Can't- BEET-It micro beet greens consistently soon!  But be sure to check back with us often to see any new blends we may have available!!

Our Story: 

As far as our back story goes, Erick experienced some major health issues a few years ago that prevented him from being able to work outside the home. The onset of the pandemic coincided with a complete pancreatic failure for Erick, a life-saving surgery that left him hospitalized for weeks, and a long recovery period afterwards. During all of this, Erick was taking business classes and began exploring microgreens and all their benefits. After months of PT and recovery work, he began growing microgreens in a climate controlled environment in our home to give himself something to look forward to, to keep himself busy, and to look for some fulfillment he felt was missing after all we had been through. Erick's business sense and impeccable green thumb led to an incredible product that we quickly became excited to share with our friends and family. The benefits of these greens were innumerable and we couldn't wait to share them with the rest of our community, too. And thus, Gorgeous Greens was born.
