Please note: All volunteers must fill out a CORI background check form in the school office before attending any volunteer events. You must stop into the school during school hours and fill out a form, and bring your driver's license or comparable identification. These background checks are good for 3 years, so you will need to repeat this process every 3 years to continue volunteering.

Each day during Teacher Appreciation Week, we're going to put together some amazing treats for our teachers and staff. If you can donate goodies, please sign up using the links below. Requesting Donations from Local Businesses
Do you know of any local businesses that could donate gift cards, food, or items that we can gift to teachers and staff? Print a flyer with info for them and find out if they're interested! Then write down that you've asked them on our spreadsheet so we don't keep asking the same businesses over and over again.
Create a Poster!
Families can decorate a poster that will help transform our school into the Emerald City! You can download the file below to print and assemble one of the posters (it should print on 6 pieces of paper). Then decorate it using 2D only materials, and write a message to school staff in the speech bubble. Return the poster to the school office (you should be able to roll it) by Thursday, April 30.

Chalk the Walk!
On Sunday, May 3, drop by the school and decorate our "Goodyear Brick Road!" We'll have chalk available throughout the day for this super-casual drop-in. Write encouraging messages to staff on the bricks and cement in front of the school! (Please don't write on the walls!)
Please note, this is not a formal "event" and you may not drop off children. You must stay with your children at all times.

We will be holding 3 in-school raffles throughout the school year. Each will be "hosted" by 2 grades. If it's your grade's turn to host, we would greatly appreciate donations of small, new toys as raffle prizes. And if you are available to volunteer between 8am and 12pm, that would be amazing!
