At our first in-school enrichment program of the year, kids learned about Chinese culture and experienced an amazing balancing and acrobatic performance with Li! She even taught some brave volunteers how to balance spinning plates and do a ribbon dance!
Over 300 kids attended this year's Trunk or Treat! The PTO organized the event, and parent volunteers hosted trunks!
The PTO and 5th Grade Committee organized a float in the Woburn Halloween Parade, which the 5th graders decorated and rode on!
We held a bake sale during voting to raise money for 5th Grade celebrations.
Our biggest fundraiser of the year was a great success! Kids raised donations, then got some exercise at a fun event the week of Thanksgiving.
This year's Book Fair earned books and literacy supplies for the school, and kids got to increase their home libraries. Family night was a huge hit!
Throughout the year we hosted fun raffles! Families donated prizes, and kids purchased tickets to win them! Proceeds were given to teachers to purchase necessary items for their classrooms!
Peter Boie presented an amazing program with lots of scientific experiments and magical experiences. And if your child came home claiming that he can fly, believe them! He really did perform a levitation illusion!

Kids had an amazing time dancing (and running around) to the music of a professional DJ! It was a great night filled with friendship and fun!
We celebrated Read Across America Week by wearing clothes inspired by some favorite books!

Throughout the year, each grade got to participate in amazing science experiments with Top Secret Science!
Kids learned all about how to stay safe in and around the water over the summer during a this engaging and fun presentation!
Grooversity maestro Marcus Santos led an amazing percussion ensemble to teach us a little about Brazilian culture through music and dance! All the kids - and even the teachers and staff - got up and danced!
We celebrated the end of the school year with a party! We danced to music from a professional DJ, enjoyed magic with Mike Bent, got glitter tattoos, jumped on inflatables, ate ice cream, and had tons of fun!
