Inspired by a common purpose in serving the people of Camarines Norte in promoting welfare and benefits of the poor but deserving CamNortenos.

GTII was formed and founded by twenty (20) members of the Council of Elders Sarong Banggi Organization International, Inc in the province of Camarines Norte. The initial meeting for the planning development of the institution was conducted on January 15, 2021. Then the following month February 2021, started the reconstruction of the area/location where the institution was built and all the paperwork began to be arranged but due to the pandemic situation faced, the process took several months. Then, on April 12, 2021, it was officially registered in Security and Exchange Commission (SEC). Lastly, on June 04, 2021, the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Provincial office awarded the Certificate of TVET Program Registration dated issued 20th of May 2021.

"Just like any other engaging in business, the first thing we do after the TESDA awarded us the Certificate to operate was, to promote the school through social media, banners, flyers, etc.

But since, we're "newbies", it took four (4) months before someone enrolled.

September 6, as I recalled the 1st Regular Trainee officially enrolled.

By then, (nakakapanghina) but we just focus on our mission and

Stay positive that maybe not today,

but tomorrow,

or the next day someone comes and enrolled and be the GTII trainees."

To make it short, starting on September 6 we had 5 Regular trainees (Pioneering batch) Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC I. Luckily, on October 18, 2021, GTII granted a one (1) batch/ 25 slots of scholars under Training for Work Scholarship Program.
