Cut label clothing?

Cut label clothing are items with the labels removed/ crossed out, leaving the clothing in perfect condition retaining size and washing instructions. Due to regulations in different countries, it is a requirement for suppliers in allowed to sell their goods.

This practice is to distinguish cut label clothing from products sold in branded/ retails stores. Items without label are considered a normal piece of clothing without any branding. These items cannot be returned to their original stores for exchange/ refund. 

Pre-loved Items?

We do not sell pre-loved and damaged items at our Concept, Outlet, and Online (ShopeeMall & LazMall) stores. All items sold at our Concept, Outlet, and Online (ShopeeMall & LazMall) stores are brand new.

All pre-loved and damaged items are removed as we sort them out during our strict quality-checking process at the warehouse. These items will be sold at separate venues at a lower pricing and will be clearly labelled as pre-loved or damage to the public.

Overruns?

Overruns simply means extras. Manufacturers produce extra quantities for each order so that they are able to meet their deadline even if there are any production line issues due to human/ technical errors. If these overruns are not required, manufacturers will dispose them after removing/ crossing out the labels.

Good2U purchases overruns that are in perfect condition from manufacturers. By doing so, we can directly reduce global wastage from the production of clothing, and the negative environmental impact from disposing these overruns through incineration (burning) or landfill. 

Cancelled Orders?

Cancelled orders are clothing products that have failed to meet the completion date of the purchaser. Manufacturers are forced to dispose these orders as the purchaser will not accept them anymore, and are only authorized to dispose them after removing/ crossing out labels. 

Good2U provides a channel for these manufacturers to dispose their cancelled orders that are in perfect condition, effectively preventing them from facing huge financial loss and closing down. 

Closeouts?

Closeouts are clothing products from retailers that are emptying their stocks for the coming season through wholesale, or retailers that are closing down/ facing bankruptcy.

Good2U provides a channel for retailers facing storage or financial issues to dispose their clothing products at a discount. We allow retailers to recoup some cash to reduce their financial burden and prevent them from closing down or allow them to refresh their product catalogue for the upcoming season. 

Off- season Products?

Countries with Four (4) seasons. Clothing designs made for Summer will be deemed off- season during Winter, and vice versa. In developed countries, retailers/ manufacturers will dispose these off-season clothing by burning or placing them into landfill.

Good2U purchases off-season products from manufacturers/ retailers located in developed countries. These products are in fact brand new but are considered off- season due to the changing seasons in their respective countries. 

Operation Hours?

We are operating from 10 a.m - 10 p.m and applicable to all Good2U Concept and Outlet Stores on a daily basis.
