Exchange Policy

All items are exchangeable within Fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase with their original receipt.

Exchange items must be in their original condition.

You may only exchange your item ONCE to a different size or different item, subject to stock availability. 

Where the value of the item taken in exchange exceeds the value of the item returned, the customer shall pay for the excess. In other cases, the NO cash refund policy shall apply.

Tableware and kitchenware items are ONLY exchangeable with the item under same department at the same store where you made your purchase.

For purchases at CONCEPT stores, you may only exchange your items at CONCEPT stores.

For purchases at OUTLET stores, you may only exchange your items at the same store where you made your purchase. 

For purchases at ONLINE platforms, you may only return your items at the same platform where you made your purchase subject to their respective Return & Exchange Policy.

STRICTLY NO exchange for items purchased from warehouse sales or roadshow events.

STRICTLY NO exchange for accessories, swimwear, socks, and/ or innerwear due to hygiene reasons. 

STRICTLY NO refund or exchange for promotional items.

STRICTLY NO exchange for items that have been altered.

STRICTLY NO cash refund.

ONLY applicable to purchases made in Malaysia.
