The Hotel is situated in Rota close to the beach, in 10 minutes by car from Costa Ballena Ocean Golf. No transfer included. Ask us for rental car prices or transfer for groups.

CANCELATION POLICY:

1 month to 15 days in prior arrival: 25% of the cancelled services

14 days to 8 days prior arrival: 50% of the cancelled services

7 days until NO SHOW: 100% of the calcelled services

*GROUPS FROM 12 players  *60 days to 46 days prior arrival 15 % of the cancelled services.

*GROUPS FROM 12 players  *45 days to 32 days prior arrival :  20 % of the cancelled services.

all the packages has to be pre paid: 25 % of total 60 days in advance and 75% and rest of the booking: 7 days before arrival. . We need a credit card with the date expiration like guarantee. you can pay by credit card or bank transfer.
