By downloading, installing, or using the Golf Carry mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our App.
Golf Carry is a premium golf equipment management application that allows you to:
Track and organize your golf clubs and bags
Record club specifications, distances, and performance data
Manage multiple bag configurations
Sync data across Apple devices via iCloud
Access premium features through in-app subscription
You must be at least 13 years old to use Golf Carry. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Golf Carry uses your iCloud account for data synchronization
You must have an active iCloud account to use sync features
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your iCloud account
You are responsible for all data entered into the App
You agree not to share false, misleading, or inaccurate information
You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data
Limited to 5 clubs maximum
Limited to 1 bag maximum

No credit card required
Monthly: $14.99/month
Annual: $119.99/year (save 33%)

Data export (CSV/PDF)
All future features included

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds for partial subscription periods

Cancel anytime through iPhone Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions
No cancellation fee or penalty
Access to premium features continues until period end
Data remains accessible in free tier (subject to free limits)
You agree NOT to:
Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
Upload malicious code or viruses
Interfere with the App's operation or servers
Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
Scrape or copy data from the App without permission
Use automated systems (bots) to access the App
Golf Carry name, logo, and design are trademarks owned by us
All App code, design, and content are protected by copyright
You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the App
Screenshots for personal use or reviews are permitted
You retain all rights to data you enter into the App
Your golf equipment data belongs to you
You may export your data at any time (premium feature)
You own all golf equipment data you enter
Data is stored in your iCloud private database
We cannot access your personal equipment information

You may delete individual clubs or bags anytime
Delete all data through App Settings
Deleted data is removed from iCloud within 24-48 hours
We do not retain copies of your deleted data
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
We do not guarantee:
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Complete accuracy of distance calculations
That bugs will be immediately fixed
Specific feature availability
iCloud sync speed or reliability (dependent on Apple)
We make no warranties about:
Golf equipment recommendations
Distance accuracy or golf improvement claims
Third-party services (Apple iCloud, etc.)
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
We are NOT liable for:
Any damages arising from use or inability to use the App
Data loss (maintain your own backups)
Golf performance or equipment decisions based on App data
Issues with Apple iCloud synchronization
Unauthorized access to your iCloud account
Third-party service failures
TOTAL LIABILITY LIMITED TO: Amount you paid for the App in the last 12 months (max $119.99).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Data you enter into the App
We reserve the right to:
Modify or discontinue features (with reasonable notice)
Update the App to fix bugs or add features
Change subscription pricing (with 30 days notice)
Temporarily suspend service for maintenance
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes effective upon posting in the App. Material changes will be notified through:
In-app notification
Email (if available)
Updated "Last Updated" date
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
App Store, StoreKit, iCloud are governed by Apple's terms

Stop using the App anytime
Cancel subscription anytime (no penalty)
Delete your account and data anytime
We may terminate or suspend access if you:
Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent activity
Abuse or harm the service
Fail to pay subscription fees
Upon termination:
Premium features immediately disabled
Data remains in your iCloud (you own it)
No refund for unused subscription time
Before filing a claim, contact us at golfcarryonios@gmail.com to resolve the issue informally. We commit to responding within 5 business days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine and United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
For disputes not resolved informally, both parties agree to binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except for:
Small claims court proceedings
Injunctive relief for intellectual property infringement
Golf Carry is available worldwide through the Apple App Store. However:
Some features may not be available in all countries
Pricing may vary by region (set by Apple)
We comply with local laws where applicable

These Terms are provided in English. Translated versions (if available) are for convenience only. The English version controls in case of conflicts.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Golf Carry regarding use of the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Golf Carry is subject to export laws and regulations. You agree:
Not to export or re-export the App in violation of laws
You are not located in an embargoed country
You are not on any government restricted party list
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
Apple has no warranty obligations
Apple is not responsible for maintenance or support
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as related to your use of the App.
We, not Apple, are responsible for any product claims
We will address warranty claims, not Apple
We handle intellectual property infringement claims
BY USING GOLF CARRY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
