The Correct Way to Operate Flotation Equipment

There are many structural forms of Flotation Equipment, and the most common ones are mechanical agitation flotation equipment. In the application of flotation equipment, it can be widely used for flotation of non-ferrous metals such as copper, lead, zinc, nickel, molybdenum, gold, ferrous metals and non-metallic minerals.

The following are the daily instructions for the flotation device:

1. In order to replace consumables in a timely manner and reduce downtime, a complete set of consumables must be kept in the warehouse. The date of use and the amount of reserves of consumables are determined one by one.

2. must ensure that the operator has a certain technical guidance or training on the flotation machine, and strive to make himself fully familiar with the flotation machine.

3. In order to prevent dirt and unwanted substances from mixing into the oil, there should be a filter when filling the oil. When the flotation machine is working, the oil cap should be sealed.

4. After checking before driving, it can be started by contacting with the upper and lower steps.

5. The order in which the flotation device is driven is: press the upper gate switch and press the start button.

6. Do not touch the rotating parts with your hands after the flotation device has been driven.

In order to ensure the normal operation of the flotation column, it is necessary to strictly control the ore volume, air volume, and wind pressure, and observe the operation phenomenon in time. In order to prevent oil from leaking into the mud and affecting the flotation operation, the accumulated oil and water must be discharged every day. As the air tube broke, the air pressure was too high and the flower turned over. The wind pressure should be adjusted. If there is still a flower, please stop. Check the air tube for breakage or no pressure to avoid troubleshooting before driving.

Zhejiang Golden Machinery Factory reminds you to pay attention to the above matters in daily use, so that your production activities are safer and reduce accidents.
