Relationship between Classifying Equipment and Mining Industry

Pre-enrichment refers to the exclusion of coal gangue (barren matter) from coarse ore raw materials. The ore is automatically sorted by ore classifying equipment, and the ore is sorted according to particle size, hue, mass and atomic density. This technique is an effective method for separating valuable minerals from ore. Today, Zhejiang Golden Machinery Factory takes you familiar with the Classifying Equipment.

Screening equipment is often used to determine the size and separation of materials throughout the production process. The sieve used before the primary crusher can remove finely divided materials such as grindstone or sand, which can cause wear on the crusher liner. They also keep the size of the material into the crusher feed, reducing unnecessary power consumption and machine wear.

Filter media is important when deciding which screening needs are optimal:

Silk cloth: This is the most widely accepted screen printing medium in the industry. Replacing the system is easiest and provides more open areas to make the screen run as efficiently as possible.

Mixed or flexible mesh media: also popular in high humidity applications. A blind spot means that the screen blocks between the openings and creates a physical area that is not masked. The media are not woven together, but are joined together by polyurethane or rubber strips, allowing them to bend and eliminate blindness. In fine, wet applications, the increase in yield can be significant.

When the density of ore and coal gangue is quite large, gravity can be used for screening.
