We are now living amidst what is potentially one of the greatest threats that the education department has ever encountered. During this global crisis, Golden Acres National High School’s school head, department heads, coordinators and teachers decided to engage themselves to create and formulate a plan; as well as to identify appropriate answers on the issues that arise and will arise for the incoming school year.

During this global crisis, Golden Acres National High School’s school head, department heads, coordinators and teachers decided to engage themselves to create and formulate a plan; as well as to identify appropriate answers on the issues that arise and will arise for the incoming school year.
The current COVID-19 crisis has revealed the tremendous need for reforms in the approach of education. The learning continuity plan is innovative to these reforms. It is also flexible for the guidelines that the Department of Education (DepEd) will be issuing based on the “New Normal” preparations of the department adhering to its commitment to provide quality education.

GOLDEN GRAINS, Golden Acres National High School-members from the writers club also known as Golden Grains flocked together and turned over cleaning materials for the participation of Brigada Es2019.
The donations consist of 26 walis tingting and other cleaning materials. This will be used for the upcoming Brigada Eskwela. Where Las Pinas is the host in the National Capital Region (NCR). The materials were then placed in the storage room of Golden Acres National High School under Mr. Alfoso Palacpac.
The turnover of the materials and the signing of the Deed of Donations was done under the supervision of this year’s Brigada Eskwela Coordinator, Mrs. Mary Ann Santos.
“Hindi lang kami basta nagsusulat. Ine-encourage din naming ang lahat na makilahok sa mga ganitong paraan na kahit paalis na yung mga writers ko ay may mabibigay silang mga bagay na makakatulong sa school nila.”, said Virgilio Torio, Golden Grains Adviser during the turnover of materials.
At the same time, he expressed optimism that the donation would enable the students and faculty members more productive for having those donated cleaning materials. “In simple ways we can help the school”, Torio added.
Being known for one of the schools who give importance on our surroundings, campus writers insisted to donate this kind of stuff for the additional materials that would help them for the upcoming event.
The donations will be used for the upcoming Brigada Eskwela for the new students that would enroll and enter Golden Acres National High School.
