A Host of Volunteers
These events don't happen without a host of volunteers who assist in countless ways. Sometimes they're out literally standing in a field, waiting for riders to stop by during an event. They are there to serve lunch.
Or, they're stationed at a remote intersection in the middle of the night with hot soup and a smile.
Or, they're waiting for you to know that you safely completed your ride at 2:30 AM.
Our sport depends on all of us riding and giving back to others. It's part of what makes our cycling community great.
