Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Gold Tracker application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
1. About the App
Gold Tracker is an application for tracking gold prices, recording and managing personal gold holdings across portfolios, with planning tools such as break-even calculation, profit/loss simulation, and Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA) purchase planning.
2. Not Financial or Investment Advice
Gold price data, calculation tools, and all results in this App are provided for personal tracking and planning purposes only and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell gold. The developer is not a licensed financial advisor. Any investment decision is at the sole discretion and responsibility of the user.
3. Accuracy of Gold Prices
Gold prices shown in the App are sourced from public third-party data sources and may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable for reasons outside the developer's control. Prices shown in the App are not confirmed transaction prices. Please verify the exact price with a gold dealer before completing any real transaction.
4. User Accounts
The App has no sign-up system or user account. All portfolio and transaction data you record is stored on your own device.
5. In-App Purchases
The App offers "Gold Tracker Premium," a one-time purchase priced at 149 THB, which permanently unlocks additional features. Payment is processed via Google Play Billing and handled by RevenueCat. The developer cannot access your card or payment details directly. Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, its logo, and all content within it (except third-party gold price data) are the property of the developer. Copying, modifying, or using them commercially without permission is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
The developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including but not limited to damages from investment decisions based on data in the App.
8. Changes to These Terms
The developer may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
