The places and peoples of the Galdor-Okinos-Kalari Alliance are described in this Web Document.
The Galdor-Okinos-Kalari Alliance (hereinafter called the GOK Alliance), known internally as the Interstellar Alliance, was an alliance of three warp-capable civilisations, founded in 2135, and officially integrated into the United Federation of Planets (hereinafter called the UFP) in 2300. The member-planets of the former GOK Alliance still maintain a close political relationship within the UFP, and they also retain their own local fleet of ships and officers, much like the Vulcans.
The GOK Alliance consisted of three homeworlds (Galdor, Okinos, and Kalari) and a few dozen established colonies. Their combined territory spanned fifty-three star systems, twenty of which contain one or more inhabited M-Class and/or K-Class planets and/or moons. The territory of the Alliance can be found in the area triangulated by Starbase 75, 25, and Black Rock (Section N5/O5 of STF’s star chart (Link), Credit to Linds). Galdor is the third planet around their G-Class star, Enrys. Okinos is the third planet around their K-Class Star, Sk'rit. Kalari is the fourth planet around their F-Class star, Marama.
Galdor first achieved manned warp flight in 1975, with Okinos achieving it in 1983 and Kalari in 2137. When a GOK Alliance vessel first encountered a Starfleet Vessel in the early 2250s, they were flying Warp 5 engines (Starfleet was using Warp 6 Engines at the time).
The population of Galdor consists of five distinct Sapient races, collectively known as the Galdori. All five are humanoid and each bares some resemblance to Terran lifeforms.
Hatriku are reptilian in nature, with some commonalities to theropod dinosaurs.
Laleri are very similar to wolves and other canids, especially in regards to their facial structure.
Arwan share a resemblance to goats, with some traits that seem similar to deer.
Raka are feline in appearance, assumed to be miniature Caitians at first glance, but also have several lemur-like traits.
Pipini are closely related to the Raka, but are more like otters than cats.
The natives of Okinos, the Okinosians, are a fungal-based lifeform with a body plan that loosely resembles that of a humanoid.
The natives of Kalari, the Kalarans, are a semi-humanoid species with four arms and a prehensile tail.
