Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before downloading or using the Go GPS Camera: GPS Map Camera mobile application (the "App") operated by ITALY RESAVI CHEMICAL (GROUP) CO. LIMITED ("us", "we", or "our").
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue use of the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial photography and utility purposes. All rights, titles, and interests in the App (including logos, UI design, stamping templates, and core software code) remain the exclusive property of ITALY RESAVI CHEMICAL (GROUP) CO. LIMITED.
You retain full ownership of the photos you take using the App.
You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
You agree not to use the App for any fraudulent purposes, such as intentionally forging or manipulating GPS location data on photos for deceptive or illegal activities.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide highly accurate location embedding, ITALY RESAVI CHEMICAL (GROUP) CO. LIMITED does not guarantee that the GPS coordinates, altitude, compass directions, or weather data provided by third-party APIs will always be 100% accurate, as accuracy depends heavily on your device hardware and satellite signals.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ITALY RESAVI CHEMICAL (GROUP) CO. LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to photo data loss or device malfunctions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ITALY RESAVI CHEMICAL (GROUP) CO. LIMITED is legally incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to alter these Terms at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the App after any updates are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
