CAMERA (Required): Used to display the live viewfinder and capture photos. This is the core function of the application.
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION: Used exclusively when the camera screen is open in the foreground to obtain the device's current coordinates. These coordinates are embedded into the photo's information stamp (including UTM/MGRS, altitude, street address, and a mini-map). The App does not request background location and stops all location updates as soon as the camera screen is closed. If you deny this permission, the App will still function normally, but the information stamp will not display coordinates.
INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used to reverse-geocode coordinates into a readable street address, fetch the current weather/temperature data, and load OpenStreetMap map tiles for the mini-map and map view. All requests are securely transmitted over HTTPS.
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (maxSdkVersion 28): Used only on Android 9 and below to save captured photos to the device gallery. On Android 10 and above, the App uses Scoped Storage (MediaStore) and does not require this permission.
STORAGE: Used to access photos to create videos and save videos after editing.
Purpose: To ensure that all core product functionalities operate normally. You can take new photos, record videos, or select existing media files from your gallery for editing.
