Welcome to GoGo. GoGo is a delivery and mobility marketplace that connects customers, businesses and delivery riders/drivers. This Privacy Policy explains how GoGo Ride ("GoGo", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information when you use the GoGo mobile application and related services (the "Platform"). By using GoGo, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Who We Are

Application name: GoGo. Developer: GoGo Ride. Contact email: support@gogolistic.com. GoGo is powered by Aitafly (branding and technology only).

2. Information We Collect

Account information: full name, email, phone number, password (stored encrypted), referral code, and Google account information when you sign in with Google.

Authentication & security: Google Sign-In, multi-factor authentication (where available), and security-verification methods that help protect your account.

Subscription information: subscription status, plan, transaction identifiers and payment confirmation from providers. GoGo does not store your complete payment card details.

Profile information: profile photo (optional), business information, vehicle information (for riders/drivers), and KYC identity-verification documents where required.

Location: with your permission, to show your position, match nearby riders/drivers, navigate deliveries, track progress and improve accuracy. Location is only accessed while you use the app (no background tracking).

Order & trip information: delivery/pickup addresses, ordered products, order/ride history, delivery status, and order-related messages.

Payment information: processed through trusted third-party providers (see Section 5). GoGo does not store your complete payment card details.

Device information: device model, operating system, app version, IP address, device identifiers, crash reports and usage analytics.

3. Permissions We Request

Location — to show your position, match nearby drivers, navigate and track deliveries/rides (while the app is in use).

Camera — to take a profile photo, capture KYC/identity documents, and upload payment proof.

Photos / Media — to select images (profile photo, documents, payment proof) from your gallery.

You can change or revoke these permissions anytime in your device settings.

4. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account; authenticate your identity; process deliveries and rides; connect customers with businesses and riders/drivers; process payments and subscriptions; verify rider and business accounts; provide customer support; detect and prevent fraud and abuse; improve our services; and comply with legal obligations. GoGo only collects platform subscription fees — it does not hold customer, driver or business transaction funds.

5. Third-Party Services

Google Sign-In, Google Maps, Firebase, Google Play Services, Google Play Billing, PayPal, ConnectPay, Mobile Money providers, and OpenAI (customer-support features). These providers process information under their own privacy policies.

6. Sharing Your Information

We share information only as needed to provide the service: between customers, riders/drivers and businesses during deliveries/rides; with payment providers; with authentication providers; with our verification team and service providers (hosting, email, mapping); and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures — encrypted communications, secure authentication, access controls and private storage of verification documents. No method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal/tax/accounting requirements, resolve disputes and prevent fraud. Information no longer required is securely deleted or anonymised.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location: access, correct, delete, or export your data; withdraw permissions; and contact us regarding privacy. Some data may be retained where required by law.

10. Account Deletion

Deactivate (reversible) or permanently delete your account anytime from Profile → Danger zone in the app, or by emailing support@gogolistic.com. Deletion removes your account and owner-scoped data, except records we must legally retain

11. Children's Privacy

The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

12. International Transfers

Your information may be processed on secure servers in other countries depending on our service providers. We take appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time and will notify users of significant changes through the app or other appropriate means.
