Several passages in the New Testament attest that the rite was instituted by Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ during the Last Supper, the night before his crucifixion, giving his Disciples bread and wine; he commanded them to "do this in memory of me" while referring to the bread as "my body" and the cup of wine as "the blood of my covenant, which is poured out for many".

Christians and Non-Christians generally Recognize a Special Presence of Christ in GODS_Ministry_ as an association of autonomous Christian congregations based on the sola scriptura doctrine, as our practices are based on Bible texts and draw on the Early Christian Church as described in the New Testament.
GODS_Ministry_ along with many other Churches of Christ are represented across the world. Typically, their distinguishing beliefs are that of the Necessity of Baptism for Salvation and the Prohibition of Particular Instruments During Worship.

Salvation is God's free gift to us, but we must accept it.

We can never make up for our sin by self-improvement or good works. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God's offer of forgiveness can anyone be saved from sin's penalty. When we turn from our self-ruled life and turn to Jesus in faith we are saved. Eternal life begins the moment one receives Jesus Christ into his life by faith.

God;s Ordained Disciples & Saints Ministry, also known as GODS-Ministry practices Nondenominational Christianity (or non-denominational Christianity) which consists of churches which typically distance themselves from the confessionalism or creedalism of other Christian communities by not formally aligning with a specific Christian denomination.
Many non-denominational churches have a congregationalist polity, which is self-governing without the need for a higher church authority.
Nondenominational Christianity arose in the 18th century through the Stone-Campbell Restoration Movement, with followers organizing themselves simply as "Christians" and "Disciples of Christ".
Often congregating in loose associations such as the Churches of Christ, or in other cases founded by individual Ministers or Pastors, few are affiliated with historic denominations, but many adhere to a form of evangelical Christianity.
