1. COPYRIGHT

God of Graphic Pvt. ltd. Company has owned its company`s copyright licensed and Registered under The Copyright law of Nepal governs copyright, the right to control the use and distribution of artistic and creative works in Nepal .It is embodied in the Copyright Act, 2059 (2002), the Copyright Rule, 2061 (2004) and their amendments. So, under any circumstances if God of Graphic pvt. ltd. company founds any copyright issue made by any private or public firms, organisation, and persons , which goes against the company`s rule and regulation,the God of Graphic pvt. Ltd. will keep such activities into an ILLEGAL activities and under the copyright Act 2002 and 2004,Nepal government, the company has right to take it as serious and immediate action.

2. PAYMENT

2.1.The company has to take all its clients as family members . All clients and company`s agents has to maintain serious and loyal relationship over GOD OF GRAPHIC PVT. LTD regarding payment and delivery mode.

2.2. All the clients shall be considered as SECOND PARTY and THIRD PARTY.

2.3. All PARTIES are to provide their quotation/ orders letter three days before the actual demands/ orders to our company.

2.4. Each parties or clients has to paid in advance 50% of their full payments before the delivery of goods/ services to the company. Remaining payment of 50% should be paid to the company under 3 days after delivery. Any delay in payments will not taken into consideration and the company has right to put extra delay charges at 5% if any delay in payment after 3 days occurs.

3. FOR AGENT

All the the dealing agent`s commission on each orders has fixed at certain percentage of commissions . The agents are not right to keep extra product/ services prices on any of our proposed services. If any such activities has found, the company has right to take serious action on them before giving notice.
